The Rules of life, is that its contradicting. It requires you to learn how to be both good and bad at the same time. However, the real challenge in life would be to choose which one to be at the right time. Knowing both and to use them wisely, would give you unbelievable control over almost anything.
Common examples taken from mulan would be :
You must be swift as a coursing river, with all the force of a great typhoon, with all the strength of a raging fire, mysterious as the dark side of the moon.
So you get the point.
Anyway, few points i like to point out:
To hold no grudges
To bare no hatred
To have no anger
To show no mercy
